Note:  The Volunteer Form is an electronic form (PDF) that can be filled in online, saved to your desktop, and returned via email attachment to the AwF Volunteer Coordinator. To view and use this form, you should download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Please use English if possible when filling in the form; however, French or Spanish are also acceptable if English is impossible for you.
