We are discussing a Global Network of Schools for sharing information, leveraging resources, and fundraising which will be linked by internet. It will enable on-site and remote learning opportunities using mobile communications technologies and will be capable of connecting to our Aquaculture Learning Centres and other projects.
The idea came from Marine Science Magnet H.S., Groton, CT, USA, who have raised funds for AwF (See ‘Connecticut High School raises $500 for AwF’), and has been further developed in discussions with Huon Valley Trade Training Centre, Tasmania, Australia (See ‘Young Tasmanians lead by example‘).
If your school is interested in working with us, please complete the GNS Registration form which will shortly be available on this website.
